Amerifi Home Loans did a phenomenal job on our modification! We went from a 7.75% interest rate in a very bad NEGAM loan to a 2% principal and interest loan saving us $1,200/month!!! They were very helpful throughout the entire process and am very happy with I chose Amerifi!! I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a loan mod!!

My husband and I are very pleased that we were able to have Amerifi Home Loans go to bat for us to get our remodification taken care of! The entire team was on our side and helped us every step of the way. Whenever we had any questions or placed any calls to them, they always got back to us in a timely manner and took very good care of us. Even when we were restless about everything happening, they always took the time to encourage us that they had it all handled for us and that we would be very pleased with the outcome.
We would HIGHLY recommend Amerifi Home Loans to anyone who needs help to lower their interest rate and their monthly payment.

My experience with Amerifi Home Loans could not have been better!!!!! I was absolutely AMAZED with the results - they allowed me to keep my home and prevented me from being homeless, with a very, very low payment. I recommend Amerifi to everyone!!

Hey guys! I just wanted to say thanks for helping us. We spoke with many loan mod companies before committing to you guys. I could tell you guys really cared about your clients well being and truly wanted to help us. Steve and Roger were especially wonderful and always answered our questions in a timely manner. I worked with Bank of America for 11 months trying to modify my loan. They kept telling me to resubmit my income information over and over again. After 11 months I finally gave up. Wondering what I am going to do next I got a call from a gentleman from Amerifi telling me he might be able to help me modify my loan. It was a call from above. At first I was skeptical because I heard about all the scams going on but these guys didn't want any money upfront, only after the deal was done. So I thought I have nothing to lose why not give them a shot. Long behold after 2 months I got a loan modification : )
I went from 8.9% paying $1,817.32 a month to 3% now paying $1,054.01.

I had Alen and his team (Amerifi Home Loans) re-modify my home loan a few months ago. They held my hands and walked me through process. The time it takes the banks to re-modify a loan varies from bank to bank. Alen informed that this process could be lengthy and take several months...I got my re-modification done within SIX WEEKS! I went from 6.25% for 30 years to 4.5%. Amerifi Home Loans is amazing!!! I recommend them to anyone looking to re-modify!
